Warranty Conditions
- The shipment must be accompanied by a travel identification document in which will be written the given RMA number.
- The products must be given back in the same original box and be sent in a proper and safe bale; the box must contain all the parts of the product (power adapter, cables, ecc…).
- Outside of the bale it must be written the RMA number.
- The RMA number is valid within 30 days from the date of the issue, later then this period the products won’t be accepted.
- All products and devices are guarenteed for 1 year from the buying date if there is no other agreement.
- The guarantee expires automatically for a different use or manumit of the product.
- The rendered product that will result completely working, also for a basic software upgrade, are charged of a 50 euro payment for the management fees.
- A complete description of the failure or of the defective is obbligatory; if the description is not in the RMA the product won’t be considered.
- The transportation costs of the products are payed by the customer, the costs of the transportation to the factory are payed by Space Dynamics
